Doing it now, Dave has just let me know we'll have 2-4 Willis Jeeps on site too, plus a GMC truck, all the drivers will be wearing period gear and will be driving around for ambience.
Also there is camping on Saturday night so the socialising can be included

Excellent news on the vehicles, what exactly do you mean by driving around though? Just randomly or will they actually be part of the game plan? 
Do the Germans get anything to play with? I know you wanted a flak gun. 
What is the site like actually? Is there plenty of tracks for driving on? The website isn't exactly full of info.
Good news on the camping too, I don't need to camp (relatives nearby) but I will anyway.

The tracks for a figure of 8 throughout the site, its quite densely packed trees and shrubland, with some brablems. The vehicles will be ferrying people around, Jeeps I would imagine will be used for deocration of certain areas.

Right, going to put a cap on the Allied bookings now, If you have already paid for the Allied team then you will be booked in, but no new people from now on. We need the Axis to pay their deposits, there is still a large number who pre-booked but havent paid.

Since I'm not coming to this game, I have a ton of kit you can borrow mate. I don't live too far from you if you want to come and grab it. There's a 3 or 4 complete loadouts you can take your pick from. PM me if you need anything.

I will however be popping in past on Saturday once I know when Steiner is going to arrive, to drop off some pyro and some other bit's and pieces.
